Coaching and advisory  can offer leaders and specialists a targeted, action-oriented development journey. Through individual sessions, we address your leadership challenges, leverage your strengths and work on concrete actions. As an external coach and advisor, I can bring fresh perspectives, probing questions, practical experience and valuable insights.

Coaching and advisory can make an impact in a single session, or extend into a longer, coherent programme that tackles one or more development areas. A development area might be a specific leadership challenge or a broader aspect of your leadership you wish to strengthen.

We can optionally supplement the programme with recognized assessments such as the MBTI or the Hogan assessment, which uncover your potential, highlight growth opportunities and set the direction for your personal development.
