Before entering consulting, I spent 22 years in leadership roles, including senior positions at Carlsberg, Dyrup, Hempel, and DS Smith Packaging. This background gives me both hands-on leadership experience and deep know-how in delivering leadership training that truly matters—from equipping new managers with essential leadership tools to guiding senior executives on authentic leadership and building followership.

I also have broad expertise in project management and offer training programs designed to strengthen both project-management tools and the methodological and leadership skills required for effective project delivery.

My workshops and training courses feature a dynamic, participatory approach that turns learning into practice. I place great emphasis on creating a serious yet informal atmosphere where participants feel secure and motivated to contribute actively.
