Strategy Processes
Your strategy engagement is tailored precisely to your needs—from short, targeted workshops to extended programs that encompass the entire strategy process. A strategy program can include every phase from Initiation and Planning, Strategic Analysis, Strategy Development, and the Implementation phase.
Short workshops may focus on a specific objective, while longer engagements cover the full process. Sometimes an organization requires external resources and capacity to accelerate the process; other times you need a consultant to facilitate the entire strategy process or individual phases, and in other instances, the organization primarily needs to be challenged and to develop new strategic ideas and initiatives.
I work with a range of well-established strategic models, including the Strategy Map, Playing to Win, Must Win Battles, and other recognized frameworks. However, engagement does not need to follow any specific model.
With extensive experience facilitating either parts of a strategy program or the entire process, I can tailor the process precisely to your needs. Whether you need a workshop facilitator, a sparring partner for strategic discussions, or someone to guide you through the entire program, I am ready to help you.
